Meet our leaders

Britt began his career in the alarm industry in 2009 as a summer job while going to college. In 2011, at the end of his third summer, he decided to turn his summer job into his career and now has over 2,000 personal accounts installed and nearing 10,000 recruited accounts. Britt has always considered himself a student of the profession. Some of the team affectionately refer to him as Yoda, but we don’t know if that because of his sales wisdom or just his age. He met his wife, Nicole, in 2012 and they now have two girls, Lincoln, and Henley. When he’s not working, you’ll usually find Britt playing racquetball, hiking and going to a brewery, or playing with his kids.

Aaron has been a part of Atlas since its inception in 2018. He and Britt met in 2012 and reunited in 2018 to form Atlas. Aaron has over 7 years of knocking experience and over 1,000 personal accounts installed. His wit and charm bring life to the team, and his passionate belief in people helps to hold them firmly accountable; even earning him the nickname “The General”. Aaron married Martha in 2020 and they have 3 children Preston, Jax, and Kalila. Aaron is a consummate professional and an avid competitor in everything from boxing to ping pong to fantasy football.

Ed joined Atlas in 2019 and has grown immensely since then. As the middle child of 6, Ed has a knack for congeniality and his questions and attentiveness demonstrate his openness to learn about and connect with people. Ed’s a burst of energy that emboldens his teammates and he has developed elite level production as one of the tools in his arsenal. As a creative, his endeavors in fashion, music, and art stimulate his passion. His Guatemalan heritage and fluency in Spanish give him an edge in the field as he dissects what motivates people from all walks. When he’s not at work, you’ll find him hiking, shooting hoops, or watching football on Sunday.

Jordan joined Atlas in 2022 as an experienced rep with chops. He quickly learned the culture and process, and he has enjoyed financial and personal success in his time with us. He enjoys the travel and discovering new places. Jordan has developed a love for sales, but has a passion for producing music and you’ll often find him on his laptop or turntables looking to create content and express his creativity. Jordan has parlayed his experience in sales to that of music. He likens the need and willingness in each to try and fail over and over in the pursuit of your ultimate goals. Determined and driven he looks forward to helping others learn the necessary skills and to manage the time in their day to produce similar success.

Jaymes became our lead tech in 2022. He started in the alarm industry and quickly ascended using his previous technical, organizational, and leadership skills to excel as a lead tech. After starting physical labor at age 18 and breaking his back for seven years, he was ready to grow in an organization that placed value in his mind. He found that here at Atlas. Jaymes meshed quickly and is an asset to our growth. When he’s not training and installing, you’ll find Jaymes cruising on his longboard, dirt biking in a salt flat, or in his studio producing music.

JT joined the squad immediately after turning eighteen in June of 2020 amidst the height of the pandemic. He had no advanced schooling and almost no traditional sales experience, but we knew right away he was someone special as his drive and dedication were thrust in the spotlight. He treated each day with the methodical determination that there was no time to waste in becoming great. He rose to the top rep in our region in 2021 and is on pace to repeat in 2022. Showing that age and experience are superfluous to work ethic and deliberate practice, JT continues to shatter ceilings having already logged two six figure years before he could enter a casino.
